amazon laminator

Are you a teacher looking for a great tool to use?

I recently bought a thermal laminator from Amazon, and it works wonders. Let me tell you how I have already used this amazing (and reasonably priced) device?

I was searching for classroom materials, and I realized how useful it would be to have a laminator. There are so many great things that I wanted to print off to put up in my classroom, but to me, it doesn’t look good to just tape paper on the wall. I had documents, such as the Spanish question words and various phrases. I want to display them on the wall, and I realized that a laminator is just what I needed. It protects them and allows them to be cleanly displayed in my class.

It is so easy to use. All you have to do is to put the document that you want laminated in a laminator pouch (which you can get off of Amazon or buy at a local Wal-Mart for decent prices). Turn on the laminator, wait for it to get ready, and feed it through the machine. It becomes a cleanly laminated sheet. It is also easy to cut.

Aside from classroom decoration, I use it to make participation points. Just make a document with a lot off little squares to be participation points, laminate it, and then cut. It is super easy to use, and it takes no time to have little laminated papers. In the first 3 days of having it, I laminated over 40 pages.

Do you want to make sure that your labels are clean, sleek, and protected? Laminate them and cut them out. I love how the labels for my rolling cart turned out.

Does your school require you to write up objectives? As teachers, our board space is limited. You can make make-shift white boards with a laminator. Perfect for writing your objectives or homework, so that board space isn’t being minimized.

Do you have a laminator? What sorts of creative and cool things do you make with it? Leave your thoughts, suggestions, pictures, and feedback in the comments.

If you are interested in the laminator, I will link it here.

Until next time, note takers!
